Chief Executive Officer Michele Christiansen joined MTNT in 2013, bringing over 30 years of experience in corporate compliance, governance, investigations, facility clearances, and policy development. Prior to her role at MTNT, Ms. Christiansen served as the Legal Compliance Manager and Facility Security Officer at Cook Inlet Region, Inc. for 14 years. She also worked as a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional consultant for more than 15 years, served on the Alaska State Human Rights Commission, and was a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) and the National Classification Management Society (NCMS). Michele holds a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies and completed the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Emerging Leaders Initiative program.

Mr. Shearman brings extensive experience in managing law enforcement and security programs and projects both in the U.S. and abroad. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and co-authored a non-fiction book.

ISYS Technologies Chief Executive Officer and President Teresa Porter joined ISYS Technologies in May 2002. Teresa’s background has included managing both small and large technology services organizations. Beginning her career in Accounting and Finance, she moved into Sales and Marketing, and eventually into the role of building, managing, and growing technology-focused organizations. Since 2002, ISYS has grown significantly from a team of three to a team of nearly 200 with a presence on multiple Federal programs. Through these continued efforts, ISYS has grown to be widely known as a reputable Engineering and Enterprise Information Technology Services provider to the US Government. Teresa received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Nebraska Kearney.
